Texas STEM Ed (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers our customers the option to engage in SMS text communications for account security and informational updates.

Program Description Texas STEM Ed sends text messages for account security (One-Time Passwords/2FA), password resets, and occasional transactional updates or reminders regarding STEM programs and events you have registered for.

Frequency Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the number of programs you are enrolled in.

Authorized Participation By providing your phone number and opting in, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the wireless device you use to subscribe to the service.

Support Instructions (HELP) For help, text HELP to our number or email [Your Support Email]. If you send the message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

Opt-Out Instructions (STOP) You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Costs Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Carriers Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy Your data privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to see how we collect and use your information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
